Following the Chianti road, we find San Gimignano , a small centre famous for Touscany wine production and it's ancient wine cellars.

In our Farm we organize PERSONALIZED WINE TASTINGS following a personal and solid format and in about one hour our guests have the chance to learn many important things about the wine history, the COMBINATIONS WINE/F0OD, the SENSEof the mouth and of the nose, the TECHNIQUES OF THE TASTE, and the GALATEO OF THE GLASS.

 

Besides all the important sides as the visual, the tasting and the smelling techniques that will be really helpful to our guests whenever they will be in a restaurant to choose the best combination wine/food. At the end of the wine tasting we will give to all our guests a participation certification.
